We want our customers to know that we value and appreciate their business, we appreciate the fact that you chose InSync Microproducts as your source for products and services. And we believe that service after the sale is very key and important element in your decision to return to InSync Microproducts.


If a situation arises, simply visit our website www.insyncmicro.com, click on the “Support” tab. 
Follow the simple instructions, fill out and submit your request. Our Customer Service hours are between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Mon-Fri we will respond to your issue within 2 hours from the receipt of your request during the business day.

Customer Convenience:

We understand that there are situations that change that affect the products you purchased, in the event that this is the case InSync Microproducts as part of our 100% Satisfaction goal for our customer will work to accommodate your request for a return. For this to occur we must receive a request no later than 10 days after receipt of product ordered, The customer must pay the cost of shipment back to InSync Microproducts. There will be a 15% restocking fee applied to all refunds, unless previously negotiated with InSync Microproducts prior to returning any products.

Damaged Shipments:

  • If you receive a shipping carton that shows obvious damage and was delivered from a recognized commercial carrier such as UPS, FedEx, etc., then refuse the shipment and email us immediately. If upon opening a carton you discover concealed damage, contact us right away to arrange for an inspection. Email: returns@insyncmicro.com

Unauthorized Returns:

  • Packages without an RMA number or products that have not been approved for return will not be accepted without prior approval, any products received in this manner will be returned at customers expense.

Just follow these Easy Steps,


1. Visit the insyncmicro.com website, Go to “Support” and fill out the Return 
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form providing requested information, All requests must be made no later than 10 days of receipt date. Once your RMA request is approved you will be sent an RMA number with specific instructions.


2. Please note: Returns received without a valid RMA, or returns received more than 10 
days after the RMA issue date will be refused. RMA numbers cannot be extended or reissued.


3. Prominently display the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box. 
Don't write on or apply any labels directly to manufacturer boxes or original product packaging surfaces.
